Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a dedicated video consultation. This is our opportunity to understand your aspirations, explore the scope of your project, and assess key factors of budget, timelines, and site context etc, however, it is also an opportunity for you to understand a little more about our company, people, and how we work - to see if we could be a good fit for you and your project. Following our conversation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended services to bring your ideas to life.

Measured Survey
Upon instruction, we will arrange a site visit to carry out a precise and comprehensive measured survey. This forms the foundation for all future design work, capturing the existing fabric of your property in exacting detail. With client service at the forefront of everything we do, we will also conduct a digital survey of the project; providing you a digital walkthrough of the property, before and after, so as to document its progress throughout the development.

Design Stage
We begin shaping your vision into a tangible concept through carefully considered floor plans, elevations, and a 3D visual model. After you have had time to reflect, we will then hold a focused design meeting to explore any refinements or revisions that you may have. Finishing touches will then be applied, and a final proposal submitted for your approval / sign off.

Planning Submission
With your design approved, we manage the entire planning process on your behalf should the project need - preparing all required documents, coordinating trusted external consultants, and liaising with local authorities to give your application the best chance of success. We also handle any follow-up conditions post-approval, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey forward.

Technical Drawings
Following planning approval, we will prepare a full technical drawing package - structured to guide accurate contractor pricing and quality construction. Our team will coordinate with all external consultants, including structural and mechanical experts if required, ensuring the design is ready for delivery.

On-Site Support & Handover
Our commitment continues throughout the build. We remain actively involved, coordinating building control and sign-offs, responding to site queries, and attending site when required. We also act as Principal Designer where agreed, overseeing the final handover to ensure a smooth, confident completion of your project.
